FAQ

Q. What is Upper Deck Bounty?

A. Upper Deck (“Upper Deck”) Bounty (‘Bounty”) is an interactive way for collectors to earn special achievement cards for timely completing challenges offered by Upper Deck. Upper Deck will announce various Bounty challenges on specific products throughout the year via www.UpperDeckBounty.com/missions (the “Website”). Multiple achievements may be offered for certain products. Some challenges require collectors to race to complete various challenges; please consult the Website for product specific details. Those participating in Bounty must carefully decide whether to participate in the challenge and scratch off the back of the applicable card to reveal the special code, or to leave the card unscratched so the card(s) can still potentially be resold or traded without issue. Each Bounty is different and achievement cards are available while supplies last.

Q. How can I find the number of bonus achievements available on a Bounty?

A. Each product that includes a bonus achievement card will display a counter at the top of the product’s main page. This counter identifies the remaining current bonus achievement cards available for redemption. You are encouraged to pay careful attention to this counter to determine if certain bonus achievement cards are still available. Bonus achievement cards are available while supplies last.

Q. How can I view the rules of each Bounty?

A. You can view the each Bounty rules via the www.UpperDeckBounty.com/missions.

Q. I scratched too hard and now the code is un-readable. What can I do?

A. If you believe the code is damaged, STOP SCRATCHING IMMEDIATELY and email Upper Deck’s Quality Assurance Department at qa@upperdeck.com. Please include an image or scan of the card. Upper Deck will attempt to assist you in determining these codes. Unfortunately, codes that have been redeemed or destroyed cannot be replaced and are not valid to participate in Bounty. Upper Deck is not responsible for and will not replace cards with illegible codes or that have been scratched, damaged, or redeemed.

Q. I’m ready to redeem my codes, what do I need to register on the Website?

A. Please log in on the Website using your Check Out My Cards (“COMC”) (www.comc.com) login information. If you do not have an account with Check Out My Cards, please create an account at www.UpperDeckBounty.com/createanaccount; various fees may apply with respect to COMC. Once you enter your COMC username and password, you can access the Bounty redemption page to redeem your codes to earn your achievements.

Q. Once all bonus achievement cards are claimed, can I still redeem my codes for any other achievements?

A. Yes! If you redeem all valid codes on the Website, you can still receive an achievement card, while supplies last.

Q. Once I redeem all valid codes on the Website to earn an achievement card, how long will it take to receive my achievement card and am I responsible to pay to ship the achievement card?

A. If you choose to ship an achievement card, the achievement card will be mailed to you, on average, within 1 to 4 weeks, from the completion of a Bounty challenge by redeeming the requisite codes. Shipment and arrival dates for achievement cards are not guaranteed and may vary. You are not responsible to pay for the shipment of an achievement card provided your shipping address is located within the United States of America or Canada. If you select a shipping address located outside of the United States of America or Canada, you are solely responsible to pay for shipping, duty, and other applicable costs to ship an achievement card.

Q. What do I do with my cards after I scratch them?

A. They are yours and do not need to be submitted to Upper Deck for fulfillment.

Q. If I scratch the codes on my cards, will my cards reduce in value or be considered damaged?
